Dear Teachers,

This submission form is for you to share information about Vigyan Pratibha Science Circle activities being conducted in your school.

Some of the basic factual information you share here will help us in the assessment of the Vigyan Pratibha project. Some of the detailed questions (optional) are important for us to improve the Learning Units and evolve this project for the greater benefit of students and teachers. Please respond to as many questions as you can.

Completed submissions (with correct and relevant responses to questions) are eligible for reimbursement after due verification of submitted responses.
All the teachers who have attended any of the Vigyan Pratibha workshops will be reimbursed Rs 2000 per completed submission. Any teacher whose colleague (teacher teaching in the same school) has attended some Vigyan Pratibha workshop will be reimbursed Rs 1500 per completed submission.

Any teacher from KV/JNV/AECS can get a reimbursement of Rs 1500 per completed submission even if the above conditions are not satisfied.

*All contractual teachers are eligible for reimbursement in an appropriate category.
